hey so i maybe forgot to upload the 1.2 update i made for 10S around uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh six months ago

let's not talk about it. here are the changes

- fixed up and re-implemented the unfinished boss of 2-1 (previously the 1-1 boss was reused in their place)
- GREATLY improved the palette system, with VERY cute presets and an "auto" setting for those non-coloring-inclined
- cleaned up and unified the control systems, so part 1 and 2 no longer need separate keybind setups
- music in part 2 works differently, the positional system was cute but it was busted & causing a lot of technical problems :(
- on the plus side, i managed to backport the positional palettes that i couldn't figure out how to do a year ago :)
- also a bunch of small polish things, cleaned up sound system for 10S mode, better visual feedback on hits, etc etc etc
