Hey! Hi! Small update to LONG LIVE THE AXE! A couple Quick things!

- Added the ability to RUN!!! (hold JUMP after rolling) As fast as frame-perfect roll spamming, so should (i hope) make speedrunning a bit more physically accessible!

- Lowered special 3D background resolutions to ease the load in certain poorly-optimized areas! Still not perfect but helps a bit! woah!
